The Framework Agreement for Technical Support (FATS/3)

From 1 April 2009 Dbi has become a supplier on the Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) Framework Agreement for Technical Support (FATS/3 as it is more commonly known).

The Framework was developed to enable fast and efficient procurement of Technical Support.

Technical Support is defined as ‘the provision of applied technical knowledge’ and includes:

1 - Technical Studies
2 - Project Support
3 - Engineering Support.

FATS can be used by all Ministry of Defence (MoD) Integrated Project Teams (IPTs); Business Units and Departments; and also Other Government Departments and Public Bodies.
