How we work
Dbi Consulting Ltd has built up an enviable reputation for the delivery of quality services using three categories of consultant:
- Our permanent consultancy staff are all educated to degree level or equivalent and have extensive experience in line management and/or consultancy. Each consultant has specialist expertise in several service areas
- Preferred Associates work extensively through Dbi as independent consultants, offering similar or complementary specialist skills, experience and expertise to our own consultants. These consultants are all thoroughly familiar with our ethos, working methods and quality management system and a number are former members of Dbi’s permanent staff
- Associate Consultants complement the core consultants with a wide range of management and information services skills. As independent consultants they provide the scope and flexibility to enable Dbi to meet virtually any consultancy requirement or contingency.
Assignments are usually resourced using a mix of permanent consulting staff and carefully selected associates.
At Dbi Consulting Ltd we don’t believe that consultancy is just about plugging a skills or resource gap. Our clients also benefit from our wealth of knowledge and experience, which can be challenging and sometimes mean delivering an unpleasant message. The higher the risk of a project, so the value of delivery increases. We want to give our clients the tools, by way of our previous experiences and lessons learned, to ensure their projects and initiatives deliver for them.
