Interim management and staff

We take great care in the selection of our Interim Managers. We know that the cultural and personal ‘fit’ is often as an important factor in the success of an assignment, as the skill sets that they bring. Our selection process is tried and tested and is fully compliant with ISO 9001:2000.

Our Interims are assessed against the role to ensure that they are:

  • Qualified - their qualifications are verified and in most cases we will ask for copies of certificates

  • Experienced - their background matches the position and organisation

  • Capable - their capability matches the skills set of the requirement

  • Willing - the are able to take up the position for the full duration of the assignment and at the time required by the client

  • Value for Money - they are expecting a realistic day rate in terms of the role and their skills set.

By assessing these standards we are ensuring that the client receives only the CVs that offer the best value for money in terms of ‘fit for purpose’ candidates.

Our screening process includes face to face candidate interviews, identity verification, qualification screening and referencing. All candidates will have been vetted by a Dbi member of staff before commencing assignment with a client.

We require all Interim Managers to work through a Limited Company, which would be classed as the employer for the duration of any assignment. We also prefer our Interims to opt out of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 as we feel that this reinforces their protection against IR35. Working within Central Government to provide specialist advice for the transition period stage of an IT implementation project for a Central Government Department
