OGC and Catalist
Catalist is a catalogue based procurement scheme, established by the CCTA in 1997 to provide public sector organisations with a simplified means of identifying, buying and contracting with a select list of approved services companies.
The primary aims of the Catalogue are to ensure the following:
- Compliance with EC procurement rules
- Standard terms and conditions
- Competitive fee rates in line with industry standards
- Quick and easy ordering and payment procedures
- Identification of a broad range of service companies.
Today, the Catalogue is managed by OGCbs (Office of Government Commerce Buying Solutions), the trading arm of the Office of Government Commerce, an Executive Agency of HM Treasury.
Dbi was one of the first companies approved for the scheme in 1997 and remains so for the following specific service categories:
- Catalist Organisational Consultancy
o Organisational Development – Education and Children’s Services
- Catalist Interim Management
o Interim Managers for Local Authorities and Education o Interim Managers for Health o Interim Managers for Defence o Interim Managers for Central Civil Government and other Public Sector bodies.
In addition to the above, we:
- Employ OGC recognised and registered ‘Centre of Excellence’ Consultants
- Have available to us OGC Gateway Review Team Leaders
- Are OGC SACS Consultants (Strategic Assignments).
