The principles of quality management have been followed since the Company’s formation, resulting in the certification of our quality system with BS EN ISO 9001 under Certificate No: 001630.1, for the delivery of consultancy services.
All assignments are conducted under the quality procedures, and the concept of continuous improvement in the delivery of our services is embodied within them.
All products are subject to peer review by suitably experienced members of Dbi and audited by a senior member of Dbi to ensure that the service offered is relevant, consistent and reflects best practice.
