Georgi’s role covers a wide and interesting range of functions within Dbi and the group. Her responsibilities include managing the resourcing and support to the Consultants and Associates for consultancy tenders and interim management requirements. This also includes negotiating contract terms with clients and associates. Georgi’s other responsibilities include managing a team of support staff, overseeing a number of roles including PRINCE2 and MSP training courses, employee training, health and safety, facilities and operations management, ISO accreditations, corporate literature and website maintenance. In her spare time, Georgi likes to take part in British Military Fitness, play tennis, bake cakes, sing, shop, go to the cinema, and socialise!
