Placing our associates in contracts of interest and suitability is important to Dbi. When selecting suitable associates as candidates for assignments, we rely heavily on our internal, bespoke database as well as personal knowledge. It is essential that we have current, detailed information on our associates.

We believe that identifying and understanding your likes and dislikes and personal requirements are extremely important elements in building a long term relationship.

We meet with many of our new associates to discuss their background, experiences and preferences in details and also explain our procedures and terms and conditions.
